Over 500 physicians, scientists and researchers, led by the Urban Health Research Initiative, a program of the B.C. Centre for Excellence in HIV/AIDS, the Canadian HIV/AIDS Legal Network, and the Canadian Public Health Association are making an argument that Bill S10 is both ineffective and expensive.

Bill S10 is drug legislation that includes mandatory minimum sentences of 6-9 months for growing 6 or more marijuana plants, and 12-18 months for making any hashish (including baked goods!) This is the first time in Canada's history that a minimum sentence has been set for marijuana.

The Health Care professionals sent a letter to Stephen Harper and opposition leaders that said:
“We, the undersigned, are concerned that the federal government is pursuing significant amendments to federal drug legislation, through Bill S-10, which are not scientifically grounded and which research demonstrates may actually contribute to health and social harms in our communities,”

Although the government has not produced detailed budget estimates regarding the potential cost of implementing mandatory minimum sentences, similar sentencing regimes introduced in the United States have cost taxpayers billions of dollars. During these difficult economic times, this raises the question of why the federal government proposes to spend scarce financial resources on policies that have been shown to be expensive, ineffective and harmful.”

These are the kind of laws that we wrote about in our previous post HERE. The federal government is hell bent on building new jails, and filling them up. Regardless of what any professional or the people of Canada have to say.

In the summer of 2010, Stockwell Day announced that the federal government would be "investing" 9.5 billion dollars into news jails, and renovations to existing prisons.
For all of the unreported crimes, that studies show are rising. I still to this day have not figured that one out. How does the government know how many unreported crimes there is? They are not reported.

There is a method to the madness behind this. Canada has flirted with the idea of privately owned and operated prisons for many years now.

The Penetanguishene Correctional Center was a striking attempt at getting in on the controversial private-prison craze that has swept the United States, where for-profit businesses now run over 150 prisons. This experiment ended with failure in 2006.

The man behind the idea of privatized jails in Canada was and is Rob Sampson. He spearheaded the Penetanguishene experiment, and was the head of the review panel that decided to give this massive funding to build new prisons.

Before entering politics, his career was in, yup you guessed it banking. He worked for Toronto Dominion Bank from 1980 to 1987, and at the Toronto branch of Chase Manhattan from 1987 to 1995.

The Canadian government is also creating insane laws and sentencing, at the same time. Between Bill-C36, Bill-S10, and the mandate to link small petty crimes with organized crime, with huge mandatory sentences. This brings many more prisoners, for much longer time frames.

In a time that our government is selling off crown corporations, and discussing selling more. It is only a matter of time before they start openly talking about privatizing our prisons. More than likely it will be shortly after the new jails, and renovations are complete.

What we are seeing is the formation of a win/win situation for the bankers. Our tax money will fund there jails expansions, and our government is setting the laws to lock more and more Canadians up. American companies run by the bankers will then come and buy our jails. Brand new and filled with prisoners.

These prisoners will become the modern day Canadian slaves. Working extended hours for as little as twenty five cents a hour. Building appliances and other products.

Doesn't the sounds of this make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside? I know it sure makes me feel safer know our government wants to enslave us, and hand over every piece of our nation to the banking elite!

With the large amount of aerosol spraying (chemtrails) that is taking place over us on a daily basis. Is is vital that we learn how to protect ourselves from the chemicals in them, as much as possible.

The main ingredient in the chemtrails, seems to be aluminum. The toxic effects of aluminum are believed to be a major culprit in many diseases, including Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease, various dementia's and bone diseases. Also Rheumatoid Arthritis, AIDS - Autoimmune Disorders, allergies, constipation, epilepsy, and heart problems, hyper- activity, kidney diseases, Osteoporosis, Schizophrenia, and more.

There are many other ways out there, other then the detox method that I will explain. But this is the most simple, effective and cost effective one that I have found.

If you can incorporate at least one of these into your diet, you will be well on your way.

Drink 2 - 3 glasses of water with half of a lemon freshly squeezed into it a day. Lemon water will speed up your metabolism, thus promoting circulation and the elimination of toxins.

Use kelp (fresh or supplement). Kelp and seaweed are the most protective natural resources against radiation and environmental pollution, particularly heavy metals.

Drink homemade fruit juices in the morning on an empty stomach. Fruit acids are very effective detoxifiers.

Cilantro fresh, or in supplement form. Cilantro binds to heavy metals and helps remove them from your body (garlic is also effective).

Activated charcoal has been used since ancient times as a powerful poison antidote and to get rid of toxins. Very effective in drawing out the aluminum and fluoride build up in your bones.


Other than adding at least one of these to your diet, the usual actions for a detox of any kind apply. Lots of exercise, staying away from the processed foods, and my favorite getting a half hour here and there in the sauna.

In December the story about the North American Security Perimeter made the headlines. While government officials denied this at first, they eventually confirmed it. Now on Friday February the 4th 2011, Stephen Harper will be in Washington D.C. To discuss this "deal" with Obama.

The government is being very tight lipped when it comes to the details of this plan. Which has been called a "deal designed to ensure the vital trade flow between Canada and its largest trading partner is not choked off by the aggressive U.S. security bureaucracy".

"The New Border Vision is being billed as a 21st century border management system that will include new common consumer product regulations, a pre-clearance agreement for goods crossing the border to expedite waiting times and the use of advanced technology to utilize biometric data for travelers at airports and land crossings, according to people familiar with the plan".

What can be expected if this deal becomes official?

Well we can already see it taking shape. The department of homeland security would effectively take control of the Canadian Border. As we have written about here, The American military will be patrolling the Canadian - American border with unmanned predator drone planes. The use of advanced technology to utilize biometric data, is already in use by the department of homeland security. Watch the video on their website here. They would only be expanding this program into Canada.

Add in Bill C-42, An Act to amend the Aeronautics Act that would require Canadian airline carriers that fly over the U.S. to provide the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with passenger information. This includes name, date of birth, gender, as well as passport and itinerary details when applicable. And what else is there left for us to cede to the Americans? Only making it "official" by telling the Canadian people?

Heck the Toronto Star even posted an article in June of 2010, that openly states:
"Want a faster frontier experience? Cede Canadian land to U.S. customs agents who’ll in turn make the trucks run on time". source

You would think that Canadians would be mad as all hell over this right? Nope not most of them. Most are totally in the dark about it, and most of those who are aware. Are leaving comments like these.

Unfortunately, like the idiot at the Calgary airport that made an issue of an 80 year old ladies breast prothesis the petty bureaucrats who will carry out the rules can't stop abusing their authority which will further widen the relationship between our two countries. We as a country do not need to hand over our land, resources, or sovereignty to any foreign nation! Especially not one as corrupt and Illegal as the American government, and their goons at the TSA. One thing I can say about Al Gore is that he sure does not know when to quit! After 31,000 scientist's including the founder of the weather network, all trying to sue him, and all signing a petition stating that man made global warming is a fraud. After the "climategate" email scandal, that proved that most of the computer models used by the IPCC had been "tricked" (in other words falsified). He is still holding tight!

After Bill O'Reilly made some kind of comments about the snow storms hitting New York, and the northeast recently. Al Gore posted this response on his blog.

Last week on his show Bill O’Reilly asked, “Why has southern New York turned into the tundra?” and then said he had a call into me. I appreciate the question.

As it turns out, the scientific community has been addressing this particular question for some time now and they say that increased heavy snowfalls are completely consistent with what they have been predicting as a consequence of man-made global warming:

“In fact, scientists have been warning for at least two decades that global warming could make snowstorms more severe. Snow has two simple ingredients: cold and moisture. Warmer air collects moisture like a sponge until it hits a patch of cold air. When temperatures dip below freezing, a lot of moisture creates a lot of snow.”

“A rise in global temperature can create all sorts of havoc, ranging from hotter dry spells to colder winters, along with increasingly violent storms, flooding, forest fires and loss of endangered species.”

Listen to the logic here. Global temperature rising will cause more snow fall, and colder winters. Well Al, I hope that you realize that more and more people are starting to use their common sense! Absurd comments like this are loosing there grips on peoples minds, and they are starting to see you for what you are!

A greedy money and control hungry elitist! As you moan and cry about polar bears dieing off (when in reality their population is exploding), from your 50 room mansion, that sucks back the natural resources. All while you tell the general population that we need a carbon tax to save earth. That will be payed to a company that he runs.

Oh uh I guess you can call me a global warming denier now, or whatever they are calling people that use common sense these days.

One week ago I sent the mayor and all the city councilors an email in regards to the addition of hexafluorosilicic acid (fluoride) to the cities drinking water.

Here is the email that was sent:

Hello, my name is Terry Wilson.
I am a new resident of Hamilton, and my family has lived here for over ten years. I am writing you today because of something that I find quite disturbing.
The city of Hamilton is promoting that tap water is the clear choice, and that it is completely safe. But the city is still adding what is commonly known as fluoride
to the public water supply. What most people do not realize is that the "fluoride" that is being added to our water is really called hexafluorosilicic acid.
hexafluorosilicic acid is literally classified as a toxic waste, that is produced from the phosphate fertilizer industry. It is not a naturally occurring substance like your water reports state.

There is a very wide range of side effects that occurring from ingesting this substance. Just recently the 23rd scientific study linking fluoride exposure to lowered IQ in children. Among other professionals citing that there is now more evidence linking fluoride exposure to cancer, than there ever was with DDT. Water fluoridation is the only medical treatment in Canadian history, that has been implemented on a large scale, without the informed consent of the patients. To my
knowledge there has never been a public vote on the issue in Hamilton. In cities across Canada, who have never voted on it and now have. Barrie, Kitchener/Waterloo, and now Calgary (on the verge of a vote) have all now held votes, and the people voted it out.

The time for a vote on the issue of water fluoridation in Hamilton is long over due! I hope that you will support this, and the people of Hamilton will not have to enact the Ontario fluoridation act, to force a referendum.

No politician or bureaucrat in city hall or in Ottawa have the right to tell us what will or will not go into our bodies.

The first response that I received from city councilor Brad Clarke. Brad is himself against fluoride, and agreed to add a poll to his blog about the addition of it to our water supply. In the one day that his poll was posted, 85% percent of the voters checked off a box that said to completely remove all fluoride compounds from the water supply in Hamilton. If that was an election, it would have won in a "landslide" victory.

That one totally threw me off, but then I got the second response.

Thank you for your message regarding Fluoride in the water. This topic has been brought up in Council Meetings. As things come to light with respect to changes in the way tap water is being treated, the Council will make a public announcement.

But when there is so many medical professionals, who oppose the practice, I think that it is in the best interests for the people of this great city to be given the chance to decide if they want it or not. We had a long debate with public input two years ago and decided to stay with Fluoride. I know a number of medical doctors and dentist in Ancaster and all of them say Fluoride is the right thing to do.

This is very disturbing, but not new in the fight against fluoride. Although most of the population does not even know that it is being added to the water, or what it even is. And those who do know, (for the most part) all agree that we deserve a choice. Our elected officials do not seem to be interested in giving the people the
right to informed consent, or freedom of choice. They avoid the question like it is the plague, and when forced into the corner they will throw it of on to the head medical officer of health. Who of coarse fully supports it.

That is one doctor, out of the thousands in this country. Regardless if it is one doctor saying so, or every doctor in Canada saying the same thing. You still have the right to informed consent to any medical treatment!

The Canadian Awareness Network will not stop this battle until everyone in this great city gets that freedom to informed consent. These emails are only the start of what will probably be a long and hard fought battle!

While we all watch the civil unrest in Egypt, Tunisia, Lebanon, and Yemen unfold. The one thing that is connected in all of these countries is the fact that all of them faced food shortages, and sky rocketing food prices.

Can that happen in Canada in 2011?
Yes it can! We are are already being warned that food prices will sharply rise this year, due to gas and energy prices rising. Which has already caused the inflation rate to hit 2.4% in December 2010.

Recently in Berlin Germany Agriculture ministers from Europe, Africa and Canada met and warned of the dangers of inflation and food shortages.

"Aziz Akhenouch ( Moroccan) denounced the "rocketing prices" which threaten purchasing power as well as political stability in his country, which is a major wheat importer and saw prices double last year."

In that week long meeting, the only options tabled as a solution, was more GM crops and more trade agreements. And we have all seen how well both of those work out!

Add the fact that Canadian production is now lagging behind the Americans (among many other countries), source and this looks like it could become a real problem very soon.

The Canadian government seems to be doing very little to prevent this from happening, and personally I will not wait for them to come up with a solution. Even if they do, it will not have our best interests in mind!

We need to band together in our communities, and create our own protection barrier against a food shortage. Building community Gardens, and networking are going to be vital! Our government and the international community can try to scare people into whatever regulations they want. But if we have networks of communities that can sustain themselves, none of it will work! And the people will get by just fine.

The Predator aircraft's have seen combat over Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bosnia, Serbia, Iraq, and Yemen. Add Canada and the U.S. to that list now. All in the guise of combating the drug trade. Let me restate that. The unmanned military aircraft will now be patrolling the the Canadian - U.S. border, to fight the war against drugs! That is said to move in large amounts, frequently across the border. Just a little bit of overkill don't ya think?

Utilization of new technologies, and new common consumer product regulations (cough cough* Bill C-36 the consumer product safety act).

Using the drone planes that are equipped with high tech camera's that can see threw walls of houses/buildings and vehicles, would definitely cut down border wait times. Because the border agents would know which cars to stop and which ones not too, before they even reach the border. But what does that say for our rights?
